The process

How we hire

Three steps, about two weeks end to end. You'll hear from a person at every stage.

  1. Send us your work

    A CV is fine, but what you've actually made tells us more. Links, files, photos - whatever shows the real thing.

  2. A proper conversation

    One call about the role and one about the craft. No brainteasers, no panel of nine people.

  3. A day with the team

    Paid, real work on a real problem - so you can judge us as honestly as we're judging you.
