You may initiate an exchange within 1 day from the date of delivery.

Please note that only items that are damaged or defective upon arrival are eligible for exchange. The whole kit or all the contents in the kit will not be exchanged.

Provide the order number, the reason for an exchange, and any relevant details about the product condition.

Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

In the rare event that you receive a completely damaged or defective product, we will work with you to provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, for damaged or defective products.

Kitsters is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, except in cases where the product was not received during delivery and is an RTO. In which case, the customer has to pay extra shipping charges for re-shipping the product.

In case of a product being out of stock after the order is placed, a refund will be issued within 7 working days from the date of the order.

In case the delivery partner is not able to service or deliver the product to the customer, a refund will be issued within 7 working days from the date of the order.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. If you have changed your mind about an order, please contact our customer service team at info@kitsters.in. Kindly do not accept the parcel and let the parcel return to source. Once the parcel has returned to source, 70% of the order value will be refunded to you within 7 working days.
