🔄 Exchanges: Oops, Something Broke?

We want your DIY experience to be flawless. If a piece of your magic arrives damaged, here is what you need to know:

  • You can initiate an exchange within 1 day from the date of delivery.
  • Only items that are damaged or defective upon arrival are eligible.
  • Note: We only exchange the specific damaged parts, not the entire kit!

🪄 How to Wave Your Wand (Initiating an Exchange)

  • Step 1: Drop an email to our team at info@kitsters.in. Please include your order number, the reason for exchange, and pictures of the product's condition.
  • Step 2: Our friendly customer support team will step in, guide you through the process, and share a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  • Step 3: In the rare event that your product is completely damaged, we will either replace it or issue a full refund (including return shipping costs).

🚚 Shipping Magic

Kitsters is happy to cover the shipping costs associated with a valid return!

The Only Exception: If the parcel bounces back to us as an RTO (Return to Origin) because you missed the delivery, you'll just need to cover the extra shipping charges to send it back your way.

💳 Refunds (When Things Don't Go to Plan)

We will happily issue a refund within 7 working days from the date of order if:

  • The magical kit you ordered happens to be out of stock.
  • Our delivery partners are unable to service or deliver to your location.

🛑 Change of Heart? (Cancellations)

Orders zoom out of our workshop fast! Once placed, they cannot be canceled directly. However, if you've changed your mind, there's a simple fix:

  • Please contact us at info@kitsters.in immediately.
  • Kindly DO NOT accept the parcel when it arrives. Let the delivery partner return it to the source.
  • Once the parcel safely returns to our workshop, we will refund 70% of your order value within 7 working days.
