Attach a clear photo of the damaged, missing, or incorrect item. That’s all we need.

Plan Terms

Who is eligible for the Protection Plan?
All Kitsters orders placed directly on kitsters.in are automatically covered. The Protection Plan applies to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. Orders placed through third-party marketplaces are not covered.
How long does the Protection Plan last?
Coverage begins from the date of delivery and lasts for 7 days. Claims must be submitted within this window. After 7 days, claims will not be accepted unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
What is not covered by the plan?
The plan does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents after delivery, or consumable materials that have been opened and used. Change-of-mind returns are also outside the scope of this plan - please refer to our standard Returns Policy for those situations.
