Questions

Everything about the kits

Do these experiences include kits?
Yes. Every experience on this page ships a complete Kitsters kit to each participant - the price you see is per person, kit and session included.
What is in each kit?
Everything one person needs to finish the make - materials, tools, a QR code to the step-by-step video. The exact pack list is on each experience page under Inside the kit.
How are the kits shipped?
To each participant's own address, anywhere in India. After you book we send an address-collection link; kits leave within 7-8 business days of the list closing. Shipping is included in the per-person price.
Do we need any special equipment?
No. A table, some water and a bit of newspaper cover almost every kit. Anything else is listed on the experience page under You take care of.
How far ahead should we book?
At least 15 days: a few days to collect addresses, then 7-8 business days for the kits to reach everyone. Up against a date? Tell us on WhatsApp before you order and we will confirm whether it is doable.
Is it beginner-friendly?
Completely. Every kit is designed for a first-timer, and the host assumes nobody on the call has done it before.
How much of the session is live?
All of it. Your Kitsters host runs the whole session live on Zoom or Google Meet, from the first step to the group photo, and takes questions along the way.
How interactive is it?
Everyone makes their own piece with their own hands. The host checks in, answers questions and, yes, takes the group photo at the end.
What should participants do before the session?
Open the box, clear a bit of table, and have the meeting link ready. That is the whole prep.
