Mix the coloured cement, pour it into the silicone mould, smooth the surface, and wait for it to set; the result is a solid, weighty, architectural tray in a muted, mineral tone that looks lifted directly from a Pinterest mood board. Use it on your desk for rings and earrings, on your bedside table for small essentials, or on a shelf as a standalone décor piece. Each tray is slightly different; the colour, the texture, and the finish are all a product of your mix and your pour which means every one is genuinely unique. The activity takes 15–25 minutes of hands-on time, 16–24 hours to set fully, and produces something that looks far more considered and expensive than the process that made it.
