Didn’t receive proper instructions. The QR code has an introductory video but not the instructions. Managed somehow with the little instructions I got from the website. The tray came out of the mould in pieces. The cement had cracked. It’s a good product but what would happen if you give detailed step by step instructions on how to use it. Very disappointed
