Before you order

The usual questions

Do we need a facilitator or a host?

No. Every kit carries a QR code to a step-by-step video, so the room follows along at its own pace. That is the whole point of Magic Hour: you book the room and the magic unfurls on its own.

What is the minimum order?

5 kits, then in 5s, up to 50 online. 5 is enough for a pod, or a proper try before you do the whole floor. Past 50 it becomes a quote, because that is where volume pricing and multi-address dispatch start.

How quickly can you deliver?

Seven working days from order, free anywhere in India. If you are up against a date, tell us on WhatsApp before you order and we will confirm whether it is doable.

Do we get a GST invoice?

Yes we will. While ordering the kits here, make sure you fill the correct Company details (Company name, GST number, Registered Address) and the point of contact's (POC) email ID so that we can create a correct GST invoice and have it sent to the email ID of the POC.

What if a kit arrives damaged?

We replace it free. Tell us before the session and we will get a replacement out; tell us after and we will still make it right.

Can we ship to people working from home?
