How much time for delivery?
It usually takes 5–6 working days for a package to reach. You will receive a tracking link as soon as the package has been picked up from us. In case of any tracking issue, kindly contact us at info@kitsters.in immediately.
For customers in Mumbai, we also offer a special 48-hour express delivery service.
How can I get access to the video tutorial?
There’s a QR code in the kit. Just scan it and the video will open up on your phone. You get lifetime access to the video. You can watch it as many times as you want at your own pace. In case you are stuck or have some issues, contact us immediately and we will help you out!
How can I place a bulk order for this kit?

Do you host activities or workshops for groups?
Yes we do! We send in a team with all the material and get it organised for groups and corporates. If we can’t send an expert, we can create a party box with you with all the supplies and have it delivered to your location. We also do a quick online training for the host to do it themselves.
